This book had me hooked from start to finish! First book by this author and will DEFINITELY read more by her! Just when you think you know what’s happening, there’s a switch up from another perspective and it’s awesome! Keeps you guessing!

This was... an absolutely wild ride. If you're looking for a twisty thriller that'll make you do a double-take and question everything, this is it. I thought I knew what was happening—until I didn't. If you feel any hesitation in the beginning: push through it and keep listening until the end! I promise it'll be worth it. Also, a special mention to the narrator, Rachel Leblang. Although she puts heavy emphasis on her words and reads as though she's speaking through grit teeth, it does perfectly capture the MC's frantic mindset and unhinged energy. She's also amazing at crafting distinct voices. Not once was I confused about who was who, and the characters never blended together. Kudos to her, as well as the male narrator, Perry Daniels! I don't usually enjoy male narrators, but he did an awesome job and I enjoyed listening to him.

I had to stop listening to the book after the first chapter or so. I couldn’t connect to the narrator and found myself becoming disengaged with the story too.
