Vanessa thought her life was perfect. An awesome career as a food writer, traveling the world and doing whatever she wanted. But then everything changes. 

Her assignment goes wrong. She gets stranded in an old villa in the middle of Italy, and an unexpected letter digs up emotions she’s worked damn hard to bury. 


Everyone relies on Enzo, he’s the responsible one of the family, unlucky in love but always ready to help out a stranger in need. Except this stranger is more difficult to help than most - she’s stand-offish, but there’s something about her that just makes him want to get closer.
