Unabridged Audiobook
I thought the narration added to the atmosphere of the book , and helped capture the mood of the story. Much of the story resonates with what I understand to be the experiences of many black people living in in the UK and I particularly enjoyed the focus on girl power. Overall I enjoyed the book and the characterisation. I especially liked the lyrical place descriptions which I thought were very good
