Good motivational story, but it tends to drag on.

I'm no fan of business books, finding most of them trivial. This one, however, made me sit up and listen - and want to read the unabridged version (and possibly the follow-up versions). Heavy on inspiration and light on "how-to," it was nonetheless very enlightening.

Cute story, but a little too much of a fable for me.

Great book that gives you practical ideas to bring to any organization of any size, and also a nice story to listen to while you learn. Highly recommend. Best book I've listened to yet!

I thought this was a great audio presentation. I liked it so much I took it from the car to my portable cd player so that I could finish it faster. I only wish I was in a better position to apply the principles illustrated.
