This book describes the tool for time management and how to use them. Very detailed and valuable if you think you are a disorganized person. This book goes into instructions on how to "organize" your personal and work schedule.

This audio book is good, except that the principles presented are a subset of those described in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. If you only feel like listening to one Stephen R. Covey book, get The 7 Habits, which I highly recommend by the way.
