Such a good book but then again I have loved all her books

This happens to me too very year- in January I read a spectacular book that makes useless for days as I can’t stop replaying it in my head! I love Heather Webber’s style. Her female characters are far much re emotional than anyone in real life, and always set in barely a speck on a map in Alabama. In this story’s town called Forget Me Not, a library and a black cat are all non speaking major characters that determine the fate of not only the townsfolk but also various people who pass through it. Watching the story arcs of Tallulah and her daughters Katie and Mary Joy, and her father Ten and Aunt Maeve as residents of the town interact with Juliet, an amnesiac nurse survivor of a lightening strike, and Jake, the nephew of the town librarian- Miss Evanthay ( what a beautiful name!) are just the beginning! Comedic relief can be found in Talulah”s older and wiser coworkers at the library- Isabel and Nettie as well as the town’s honorary uncle to all- Remy. Pearls of wisdom from these zany characters can be found at the beginning of each chapter- and really do apply to life. Be careful if your car breaks down while driving through Forget Me Not, and remember the color of the smoke! So, while you wait for repairs or the tow truck- check out library and Deckle it’s cat. Remember to sniff the book and just let go!
