Unabridged Audiobook
Great story with the best narrator
This is a wonderful mystery. The kidnappings are well described and the holding of the victims is gut wrenching.
Great story line. Too much water boarding description. Michael Beck has too much of a Carolina draw.
Started out strong but ending very anticlimactic. Felt levelers just wrap this up in an instant.
The book lacks the normal Grishom thrill. The ending is rushed.
What a great book, John Grisham never disappoints. From the beginning to the end I was hooked and it makes me wonder about our government and their actions. Michael Beck is the best male narrator. I have enjoyed listening to every Grisham book he’s put his many cool voices to and I would listen to any novel he narrates.
Not Grisham's best work, a shame as I had been really looking forward to this book.
