The Friendliest Shop on Main

She's built a sucessful career from the ground up,
he's just trying to take care of his son...
neither are in the mood for love.

Shiloh Baxter is Lighthouse Bay's best realtor. Her spunky personality and wide smile are part of why she's called the 'Friendliest' shop on Main. But when her roommate gets married, leaving her alone...she needs something to take her mind off the loneliness.

Buying a fixer upper was supposed to be easy, but Shiloh quickly realizes she's bitten off more than she can chew. When she calls on her friends to help, they bring along Granger Lowery. A handsome, single dad who seems to have a smile for everyone except Shiloh.

Granger doesn't have time for a pretty face. He trusted one years ago and now he's a single father with medical bills and alimony that are about to take him over the edge. His dwindling bank account is exactly why he took the job Jett McCoy offered, to work on a flipper home, but Shiloh's stunning looks and take-charge attitude and perpetual smile make him regret it immediately.

So when he ends up playing her fake boyfriend to keep a colleague at bay...Granger knows he's in real trouble. How is he supposed to keep his small family intact with Shiloh stealing both Granger's and his son's heart without even trying?
