Froggy can’t wait for the class trip to the pumpkin patch.

 

He imagines the delicious pumpkin pie he’ll bake. He pictures a line of jack-o’-lanterns lighting the Halloween sky.

 

The pumpkin-picking contest will have prizes for biggest, smallest, prettiest, and ugliest pumpkin, and Froggy is sure he will win a prize.

 

But somehow the contest doesn’t turn out the way Froggy expects!
