Hard simple slavery story. Interesting and good book about it.

I enjoyed this book. I learned about a dark moment in history from a woman who lived through it and eventually found freedom and happiness. I would highly recommend it. My only critique is that the narrator talked about it being a Libravox production at the beginning of every chapter. It was quite annoying.
