Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. If you need a pick me up to help you through a tough time, need something to refresh your soul, or remind you of some truths you already know, this is an incredible listen. Sean's voice kind of reminded me of a soothing Casey Kazem. Hearing him tell his own story is incredibly inspirational and absolutely moving. It helped me put a number of things in perspective, in classic 'ah-ha moment fashion'. Highly recommend.

I have never even thought about listening to a book like this until I saw a story about him on Facebook so I immediately went and downloaded his book and I am extremely happy with the book and I have been telling everyone else about him. My 6 year old even likes him and said, "wow mom he is a smart man"

This is an amazing motivational book. Sean uses his own stories and experiences to show you how to incorporate his principles into real life situations. The concept of being stuck on my "But" has been transformational to me. I now find myself recalling certain examples Sean shared, saying things like "what is funny about this?" during a situation that would normally cause me great stress. Sean is easy to listen to and it feels like you are being read the book by an old friend. I only wish Sean had more books available.
