Unabridged Audiobook
This is both a horrific story of the worst man anyone could have imagined but also a testament to the strength of so many woman. Some of the most talented athletes in the world of gymnastics. I competed gymnastics through my young yrs from age 7 when I was placed on my first competitive team (on a much lower level than 10 or elite) but it was grueling all the same. So this book touched me in a way I have never had a book do. Be prepared to hit a have a tone of deep emotions with this amazing story of survival and triumph.
It was interesting, but the story by its very nature is quite repetitive as the girls generally had similar experiences.
Excellent book. It is so well written even though it is an absolutely horrendous story. It made me so angry but also so proud of the women who came forward and fought to take this terrible man down. The narrator did a fantastic job as well. Definitely worth the listen.
