Unabridged Audiobook
Great book once the story picks up, so for all those who stopped reading before they got to the second half, you missed a great read. On the other hand, I agree that some of the dialogue is very childish, some reactions are unimaginative and repetitive, and Helen’s character is very, ehm… well, I’m not sure what her role in the whole book is, but it feels very artificial, and she comes across as not very intelligent, to say the least… All these misgivings are valid, but still, I think the author developed an intriguing plot, and we find out more about the main characters’ pasts too. The narration is top-notch, so for me, five out of five.
