The author goes to great lengths to discuss habits both good and bad and how to encourage good ones and get rid of bad ones. Mindfulness concepts and a guided meditation, relaxation exercise which is similar to one I did in a high school religion class almost five decades ago comprise the bulk of one of the chapters
