Emily Henry never fails to captivate me in her writing and leave me surprised with the outcome. I truly have become a fan of her work and the way in which she forms a story.

I read all of Emily Henry's work, as she is such a reliably great happy ending love story writer/teller. Her books paired with Julia Whelen's narration are always just the right mix of situation and emotion told with the best mix of emotion, character, and tone. Also, I think that Ms Henry's work is improving with every novel, and so far, Great Big Beautiful Life is my favorite. I loved both of the stories that ended up being told in the book as well as what the two stories meant to each other. This brought depth to the main love story plus a little glitz and glamour. I also appreciated the extra layer of warmth and care brought on by the familial love story. I am glad that I got to listen!

I’ve been waiting for a New Emily Henry to come out and this was fantastic. The worse part of listening to this book, is that I didn’t want it to end. Great narration, as always, by Julia Whelan.

It was wonderful. This book builds chapter-by-chapter to reveal the important aspects of relationships through the primary characters. Narration was excellent and I would think most readers will be surprised by the twists in the storyline at the end. It became an especially meaningful read to me. Emily Henry has become an author with a unique, entertaining and meaningful voice to me.

This was a really good, easy summer read. I’m glad I found it when I did. It was fun and I would recommend it. The narrator does an amazing job!

Slight twist on the usual Emily Henry story plot but really worked and made the central characters’ story better. Loved it! Great narration as well.

I think every Emily Henry book is my favorite. But this one…this one I truly believe is my favorite. I became suspicious about a couple of threads…but didn’t see the connections until the character started weaving them. Well done, Ms. Henry. Well done.

I loved this story and I love Julia Whelan. What a great novel. I think Emily Henry has outdone herself. Great characters and plot points. I was a real fan before but now I’m with her forever!

Oh my. Where do I begin? What a beautiful story. Didn’t even figure it out until right before it was told. Wonderful read! Definitely a must read. Enjoy both the author and the narrator.

I laughed, I cried it was everything I love rolled into one book, great character building, a touch of mystery, a whole lot of love, music, hope, the beach and family! BEAUTIFUL! Will read again.

Story line could have been better

Emily Henry does it again! I eagerly await each book release from Emily especially in the summer! This story of Alice and Hayden dug extra deep with fun history and a beautiful life story that you get so entwined in you forget it’s fiction! READ or LISTEN!! It’s a good one I promise!

Eu gostei da leitura, mas pra mim de longe não é o melhor dela. eu sei que ela tentou algo novo e a escrita dela é boa demais, então você se prende na história, mas achei a história da Margaret meio sem pé nem cabeça??? eu preferia mil vezes saber mais da história da Alice e da sua família, queria saber mais da relação dela com a mãe, e descobrir o que aconteceu com o pai e a irmã e do Haden, senti ele muito solto na história. gosto de finais felizes e clichês então fiquei feliz com isso, mas esperava mais, talvez e a culpa seja minha por ir com muita expectativa.
