Possibly the most disingenuous piece of garbage I’ve ever come across. A nominee, no doubt.

I found this book to be unique in it's approach to teaching/guiding the reader. By telling the reader/listener a story about someone who is learning how to be a great leader the writer distances himself from the act of guiding/teaching and allows the reader to feel connected to the student in the story. I think that this approach is helpful to both teacher and student by decreasing or eliminating ego from the learning process. This book was just a little too short for my taste. Other than that it was good.

Knowing what and who you are is important, and sharing that knowledge will propel the realization that we , due to our existence are leaders at some level. This book show a path to GROW. The premise will engage and relate to most readers. For me to close, I paralleled the persona and experiences of the narrator. The impact was equally great, I will share this book with others.
