Groovy Satin Glutes is based on the fitness regimes of using the latest resistance bands that many Gyms and excercise classes employ.

This has become quite a craze for women in general, but also some guys want the benefits of this novel way of fitness. I dont blame them! The ladies have it sussed.

It was inspired by a certain Zumba lady.
