Meet sports agent Cole Bennett, the only one of the Bennett brothers to walk down the aisle. But when he gets jilted at the altar, he returns to his hometown to lick his wounds.

Cole's brother Rex asks Cole to head up a construction project for him. He introduces a tract of land with the idea that it could be a perfect baseball stadium . . . if Cole gets the locals' support. Rex saddles Cole with Savannah, who plays personal assistant to Cole. With Savannah's help, they should sail through the hoops set for them by the city.
