The easy layout of this audio book was nice, found the flow of the information to be nice.
I used to take a cocktail of herbal sleep remedies, which had no effect. I used a functioning insomniac until I retired and then it hit me. I found it hard to concentrate on even the smallest tasks and so began my search for sleep. Not wanting to take prescription medication that would knock me out and leave me with a woolly head, I decided to try herbal sleep aid. Long story short they didn't work for me. Then I found this book and although I still don't get a full nights sleep, I do get some, So hence the high scores. Try it, it works.
This is a wonderfully relaxing audio book. The instructors voice is calm and soothing!
This audiobook will help you calm down your mind and will also help in overcoming fear and let go, really good audio book for people who wanna calm down.
Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation audio book I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated!
