This book is awesome so awesome

My students and I listened to this together. We loved it. They even gave up some of their recess time and asked to have lunch in the room a few days so they could listen to the story.

I really enjoyed this book. It had the feeling of real danger, but still felt safe enough, this helped it to not be overly frustrating. I listened to it all the way through in one sitting (I know it's only 4 hours long or something) it kept me that enthralled. I'm a 24 year old man so take my opinion with whatever gain of salt you feel necessary. One Love everyone!

amazing book need to read!!!!! the way the author explains how he feels makes you feel like your in the book with him feeling all the pain he felt from the plain crash and so on.

again I thought "kids book", but my son urged me to listen to this one. So I did. I really liked it and I was very surprised how grown up this "kids" book really is. It's a very good and quick "read". And we can all learn from it.

This book was very entertaining, even for an adult. I was excited to pass this on to my grandchildren for their entertainment, but decided against it due to the "secret" Brian is keeping. I thought it was unnecessary to the story and wondered why it was even included.

Great story for boys. We listen in the car to and form places my boys enjoyed this story so much they would not get out of the car till the end of the chapter.

My students love how the narrator adds inflection when reading. The have mentioned being able to imagine what the scene would look like.

This was a very exciting book to listen and read along with my children. It is very descriptive and helps you to experience really being there with the main character experience find what he is going through and the process of becoming one with nature and the wild. We learnt a lot about survival and overcoming fears. This is a great book to read with young boys. Well done to the author, we look forward to reading more of your books
