Healing Past Hurts is part of the New Realities/Awakening Series¨ creative visualizations program and assists the listener to release past hurts in the comfort and safety of the present moment. The first Visualization, Then and Now, instructs the listener that though things might seem similar to the past they are not the same and the past cannot intrude on the present. The second, Releasing Hurts, gently guides the listener to safely relinquish the impact past hurts have had on their present life and physical well-being. The combination of the two visualizations create an atmosphere of peace and a sense of freedom from past hurts imposed upon you willfully, by accident or by misunderstanding.
