book was very good

The heroine was some what annoying. Deliberately putting herself in danger all the time

this is a really good good as long as you're into fantasy. I'm hooked when I have to stop listening I just want to push play. I want to read the other books

Definitely a chick book but by far not the worst one I have read. The narrator was great and added to the enjoyment of the piece. However I have no interest in the rest of the series. I do have interest in listening to the narrator again.

Easy to listen to.

The idea of someone being constantly forced into a life that repels them after discovering that their mother has hidden very important facts about their life, does not attract me in the long run. I will not continue with this series.

This was a fun read. I look forward to more in this series.

It was overall a good book and lead me on to downloading the full series (which was only 1 credit at the time). Definitely aimed at a female late teen audience that like fantasy. The narration was pretty good

It was a little confusing sometimes to understand who was talking. Though I absolutely got hooked into the storyline of the book, thinking about the book when I wasn’t listening to it.
