Loved it. Would love to see it be a series.

I read this & thought this main character & her towns’ people should be a series. Then I almost immediately listened to the audiobook. Didn’t change my mind -was a great story & characters. Plus-January is a terrific narrator who creates memorable voices

I didn't think this book would ever end. this is the first Nora Roberts book I did not like. the story was not good. January was as usual an awesome narrator

This book reels you in right from the start. The characters are well developed and likeable, as is the location. This book wasn't a typical "Nora Roberts" yet I loved it just the same. My only complaint would be that the ending was a little abrupt (she could have dragged that part out some) but that didn't detract from the story. January LaVoy is, as usual, an exceptional narrator.

The story is good , but not as great as most of her others, main characters are likable but not lovable. As always the pets are the stars! The narrator, January Lavoy is outstanding, I purchased this listen because she narrated it, well done!

Really enjoyed the book, though I would prefer less profanity. Why Roberts insists on using it so frequently is beyond me. The story was part detective, part descriptive natural scenery and part HGTV home makeover. Of course, a lot of romance is in the mix.

Hidden crazy. Omg this mystery has such an interesting, twisted everything. This was an insane read. Sloan is one tough woman. Being a cop, her natural curiosity is piqued, and Nash is easy to talk to. They were able to have an easy back-and-forth. Their relationship grew in a great natural way. They had a great rhythm to their relationship. The mystery blended quite well with the romance. However, for me, the mystery portion was better than the romance. It was just an insanely wild story that I was absolutely interested in.

I really liked this book. I found a very interesting. I would gladly read more of these, especially with that reader.

Another great book from Nora Roberts! I also LOVE when January LaVoy reads, she never disappoints!! Highly suggest this book. Nora is one of my favorite authors but I would rate this book one of my favorites by her. You won’t be disappointed!

Her books are always great

This book was good but not great. I feel like it was very formulaic. Certain boxes had to be checked off and weren’t important to the story.
