I am a huge fan of J.D. Robb and especially of Susan Eriksen. Together, they bring Lieutenant Eve Dallas and her crew to life in a way that would be hard to explain to the non-initiated. Once Ms. Eriksen got her stride and brought both chief Tibble and Delia Peabody to life for us, there was just no stopping her. By "Holiday in Death" one is hooked for life on the "in Death" series.

I am really enjoying listening to this series - I eagerly await for my next credit!! It's a mix of human feelings and detective work!! The narrator makes a really good job of reading the book.

great story, the narrator has been the same person in the 7 books that I have listened too, which only makes the characters bloom. awesome

Just love this series. Plus, the way Eve has to deal with her first Christmas with Roarke is so super cute.

I am going to go through all of this death series as I love it! The narrator is one of the best I've ever heard. She can do so many different voices it is amazing!

I enjoy the series in order because the characters continue to develop and connect. While there is serious murder to solve, the interaction, the humor and the relationships make the In Death series one of my absolute favorites. I also enjoy the slightly sci-fi aspect as the stories take place in the future and it feels like those aspects could indeed become a reality. Fun.
