What is the one most important skill that you would like to pick up to succeed personally and professionally in today’s world? Considering a majority of our personal, professional and social life is determined by interacting and developing relationships or connections with other people. Analyzing people, indeed, is the most premium success skill toacquire. 

How do you determine if a potential employee will be a good fit for your organization? How do you gauge if the hot new date you fancy will also be an encouraging and supportive long-term partner? How do you negotiate winsome deals with strangers you know little about? How do you network at social or business gatherings to form mutually beneficial associations? How do you build a killer rapport with existing clients such that they only want to work with you?
