Absolutely incredible book that allows you to pause and take a look at how you grew up, were raised, and how our thoughts /patterns have been shaped through one’s lived experiences. Really great book on helping to dismantle any self doubt and reshape one’s perception of their own value. Helping to heal past traumas and facing our shadow self! Seriously must read/listen to! The stories shared in the book are incredibly helpful to hear other human’s lived experiences that allow you to relate it to your own and find the similarities.

I was bored- it’s a me, myself, I story…. I was hoping for informative and insightful content but once again it’s always about the storyteller and their lives I don’t wish to hear about their lives, I could see the same on social media if that was my interest…there was nothing new or interesting about it that wanted me to continue further than the first 20 minutes.
