This guy's a genius. If you're in sales or have to deal with customers in any capacity, read his books and listen to his tapes. Brief and actionable - motivation on a disk.
By far, the best I have read for business self-help. Concise information given that one can use in any business. Was not just theory or elementary principles. Was real business running issues and suggestions that keep the business thriving. Excellent, valid examples without undesired fluff. Was also very motivating. Had to purchase book so can refer to often.
