Unabridged Audiobook
This is a lazy book of an self-absorbed man. I made it through it, just barely. So much sarcasm over so few facts...He did argue that sleeping in separate bedrooms makes sense if you have a loved one. I would too if I was with him.
I got the impression that the author wrote the book mainly to boost his own ego. Quite arrogant and sarcastic and doesn't really appear to know a lot despite his claims. But as a roast of self help literature/advice it's fairly entertaining
great book
The first half of the book was ok but then the author became repetitive with his tips and sarcastic comments, which are annoying at times. And the annexes are useless. This book is not worth the reader's time.
A complete waste of my time and a credit. I could get most of the information from a Google search.
I enjoyed this book but couldn't take much from it. This may stem from a lack of scientific evidence provided by the author who seemed more focused on offering their own perspective on the subject than reviewing actual evidence from different sources.
A few good points but very egotistical. The worst thing about this book is the massive never ending list of 100 or so myths you ‘shouldn’t do’ at the very end of the book. Being the last thing you hear, it is the advice you remember most good or bad!
