Summary
Emily Brown is an orphan girl that almost no one can help but love when they meet her. She is pursued by two worthy men: Mr. Alban Morris, the drawing master at her school; and Rev. Miles Mirabel, a clergyman. However, one of them is lying to her after she discovers that her father's death wasn't natural, as she was led to believe.

Not Wilkie Collins best. Takes a long time to get to the point of the story. Sandra G was great.

Main narrator was great, the other narrator that shows up for a chapter or two sounds like they are just trying to read English.

Great story and I love this narrator...Miss Sandra G.! I scouted around for a while, trying to find a book that I knew I would enjoy but I wound up with a narrator that either put me to sleep or made my skin crawl. I came across a book by Wilkie Collins Poor Miss Finch and the narrator painted the picture perfectly as if I were watching a movie. Very well-read; I felt the distinction between each character. I did a quick search for more books narrated by her and just finished my second, I Say No. Again, miss Sandra G. did not disappoint!
