I was very disappointed in this book. The first 3/4s were tedious and repetitive. It claims to have a historical setting, but with no attempt at historical accuracy in language, behavior, dress, etc. The symbolism, using the term loosely, was unimaginative. I will not be reading any more books by this author. simplyaudiobooks also has the wrong synopsis for the book in ts on-line catalog.
