Improvers Yoga Vol 1 is a 62 minute class suitable for those wishing to progress from a beginners level. Improvers Yoga Vol.1 begins with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the session. The class then continues with 17 yoga postures including The Cobbler, Downward Dog with Leg Lifts Dancer/Tree and Half Bridge before it concludes with a longer guided relaxation.
