Unabridged Audiobook
I personally struggled with the ex-stepbrother/ex-stepsister romance. Even though they weren’t biologically related, he played more of a caretaker role when they were younger, which made the romantic relationship feel uncomfortable for me.
Really good book! If you like books that are steamy but not ronchy but still lets your mind wonder then this is your type of book. Lol Really gets you hooked from the start AND leaves off on a cliffhanger! Definitely recommend. And definitely getting the next book!
Refreshing book! A few times the author repeats herself and gives too many details about what a character is doing. It seems unnecessary. However, I appreciate how it is not totally predictable and there is some depth to the story. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next. The narrator was ok. She’s not always believable when voicing the male characters and I would have liked to hear more of a difference when speaking the different female voices.
