Unabridged Audiobook
I have been on the 16:8 IF program and have lost a lot of weight. It really works. But, I hit a plateau and although I didn't put on my weight, I was looking for a way to jump-start the weight loss again. This book gave me the motivation to add on low-carb Atkins-style diet. We shall see what happens. I agree with the author that IF is not a diet. It is just a timing device as to when you can eat and when you must fast.
