Unabridged Audiobook
I have heard a lot about intermittent fasting, and have decided to give it a go. I discovered Natalie Seaton’s book and was drawn by her research on how older women may succeed at this. Her book is perfect for readers who are new to the subject, as it teaches step-by-step techniques. I was drawn to the quotes, which stick in my mind longer than dry scientific facts. I’m excited to follow the many helpful examples given. My only critical comment is that the manuscript would have benefited from a bit more professional editing. Still, all in all this book is a great addition to my books on health and longevity.
