It's an investment book that is written like an economics book, so it's a little dry. Dividends from stocks are the primary focus of the book. The book explains how to make money in the market using income from stocks/bonds/reits/commodities, as well as how to avoid losing money with other strategies. The book borrows heavily from "The Future for Investors" by Jeremy Siegel.

Save your money. This book is incredibly short and could be summed up in a paragraph. But divided stocks... there I saved you $15. Very disappointed.
