This was my first audio book because I just simply didn’t have time to read as intended but I am very impressed with this rendition! I thought the narrators did a great jobs portraying the book and it was an easy listen!! I prefer the dramatized version.

I love the books from the Empyrean Series, and as a whole the narration is good! My only real complaint about the graphic audio is the skipping of words/sentences/full paragraphs. It happened often enough that I was annoyed and felt I needed the book beside me at all times, even if the skipping didn’t drastically alter the plot line/story. It was just odd and irritating for me personally. There was also a point where I noticed the readers for Violet and Xaden mixing up lines in a way that didn’t make the conversation make sense. Might not have happened if sentences weren’t being eliminated.

I love dramatized audiobooks, and this one’s no different. The narrators did a fantastic job, and the sound bites and music in the background are great touches. However, I like to read and listen to the audiobook simultaneously, and it kind of drove me nuts. The audiobook will omit entire paragraphs or jump around the page, so I either have to scurry to where it jumped to, or constantly pause to read what it omits. Really takes away from the emersion of a dramatized audiobook.

GraphicAudio Cast did a fantastic job bringing this book to life.

Read both fourth wing and iron flame on hard back. Listening to the audio now almost 8 months later to refresh for a new perspective and following along in my books adding notes as I pick up on new things. WHY? Just whyyyy is there so many left out paragraphs?! Some just completely skipped over. Things that did. NOT need to be skipped.

i don't know if reading it, or hearing it read was better. amazing! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

i absolutely love this book. Its so addictive. can't wait for part 2.
