Love it!!

amazing acting, except Lydander. Every time he became the narrator it sounded like he was just reading a book to us. The rest of the cast was acting marvelously. Still amazing.

Amazing. Pierce Brown did such a great job bringing the Red Rising world back to life, and filling it with more and more to build on from here on out— the voice actors did such a great job. I love hearing the Irish and English differences, which help reflect where they stand in regards to the Irish-England tensions of which the tale is loosely based on! Kudos to everyone involved. I read the original trilogy, and got this for a long roadtrip.. but now I’ll have to listen to the rest too!

pacing was rough and the adjustment to POV took a while but solid world building and set up for future events.

Great listen excited for the second halk

Red rising is top 10 of all time favorites of mine probably top 5 and the original audio books are phenomenal narrated by the incomparable Tim Gerard Reynolds. Some expectations were high for the production graphic audio put together and it did not disappoint. Graphic audios red rising series (come on book 5 in August!!) has created a surreal immersive experience with incredible voice actors bringing beloved characters to life. Mustang’s (Jenna sharp) performance in particular is probably the most compelling, intelligent, tragic and brave performance of them all. I already loved mustangs character and somehow Jenna sharp makes her even better. Coming up a close second is Sevros actor that nails the performance of the weird, hilarious, psychotic goblin tough as nails freedom fighter holding immense pain at the loss and sometimes betrayal of friends gone. Darrow’s actor is excellent, IMO his performance is pitch perfect but doesn’t quite mirror the same awe that mustangs and sevros do. He’s the hero and protagonist and who doesn’t love playing the hero? And everyone else is fantastic, there isn’t one vocal performer that doesn’t knock their role out of the park. Graphic audio knew they had a huge golden opportunity to be able to do this series and it shows with everything they’ve put into it. I don’t know a red rising fan that doesn’t love graphic audios version. And there are graphic audio books that I’m not wowed by or seem that great, but for red rising series, they absolutely knocked it out of the park
