Chloe Mayfield is rebuilding – her love life, her career, and most importantly, Blue Moon Division, the only branch in the entire Boston Police Department tasked with investigating the paranormal.

Having brought about an end to the war with the United Fairy Commonwealth, she’s earned herself a bit of breathing room with the upper brass, and she intends to make the most of it. The last thing she wants is a body dropped on her literal doorstep.

The Silk Road stretches from the Boston harbor into the heart of downtown, and as her investigation reveals more bodies, she’s forced to confront the possibility that a vampire might be stalking the streets of Chinatown. A lord of eternal night hailing from the land of the rising sun.

Of course, everyone knows vampires aren’t real. And even if they were, they certainly wouldn’t know Kung Fu.
