Admit I wasn't sure how I felt about Tyrus when I first saw him on FOX, but now I think I understand why he is the way he is and am honored to have gotten to know him a little better.

INSPIRATIONAL!!!!

I really enjoyed hearing about his past. Usually, having the author read his work is better because they provide emphasis where they want it, but Tyrus was a little monotone which was surprising because I have never heard him be monotone. It was enough of a distraction that I couldn't rate it five stars. and it is called "Just Tyrus" but he never explained where "Tyrus" came from.

Tyrus has really come into his own. Great books, however, if you get the chance to go see him live, you should. We met him backstage and got photos taken with him. Nice guy.

Great book from an amazingly interesting person. Loved his insights to life and how to ultimately overcome adversity. The only downside is the narration; choppy & rushed at times with audio inflections. With more narration in the audiobook world, this should dissipate.

Couldn’t put this book down. It’s as real as it gets. Loved the way he read it! Often books read by the author don’t go too well. Loved the chuckle in his voice at times and the catch in his throat at the end. Thank you, Tyrus.
