The inner Engineering book is all your need. I would skip this one.

This book Answered many existential questions I had. One of the best books if you are mentally, emotionally ready and seeking for the truth. What do I mean by being ready? Some people are not interested in knowing so eagerly or to say with each cell of their body. Since childhood I was asking questions about God. The longing to know become so strong that at some point life was not anymore meaningful. I had reached my dead end, but questions were still there, the path still unclear. And there came moments I asked for freedom and enlightment in tears with the pain of no longer being able to carry on any more with longing to know the truth my body and the life. It is about two years past after those moments and I now know I have been heard. When we are ready the door opens. Things, people, opportunity come on our way. Like, I found a podcast, then a meditation retreat. I have gone to Joe Dispenza's Retreat, then read several books, listened to many many videos in this area. Found kirya Yoga. It is one day since I feel librated from so much from my soul, body and mind. I am such a lucky being.

One of the best book I read, it clear all my confusion about what is karma and how it works. Sadhguru clears all misinformation and confusion about karma. This book can empower you to become creator of your own destiney. It has so many practical tools that can transform your life. The way explained with very elobrate details you can not find it in youtube videos or anywhere else. This book is a must read.

Timeless questions answered in a profound and simple way. A must read for seekers.
