An omega without options. Three devilishly hot alphas hellbent on proving her wrong.
Mercedes doesn't trust alphas. Growing up as an orphaned omega at Solus Academy, the only thing she's used to is keeping her head down and biding her time. Alphas are trouble—she learned this young, thanks to a certain alpha with a sour scent who put his claim on her when they were children.
But now Mercedes is nearing her twenty-first birthday, and her first heat is on the horizon. She'll do anything to escape her fate, so she sneaks into an omega matching ceremony with the singular goal of finding a pack of alphas who can keep her safe while she figures everything out.
Falling in love is out of the question. The only thing she wants is freedom.
But then she meets the sweet and earnest Nic, who puts in an offer for her from pack Alabaster, and things quickly change. Warren, the resident pack psycho, is cold at first… but before too long, things turn hot. So hot that it's easy for her to ignore the way the pack leader, Darius, acts like he can't even be in the same room as her.
Giving this pack her heart isn't on her list of things to do, but as the days go on and her heat nears, her resolve weakens. Maybe a future with pack Alabaster wouldn't be so bad.
When the sleazy alpha she's running from finds her, she's faced with the truth.
Falling in love is the easy part.
