An incredible true story with excellent narration of this straightforward written book. So simply but descriptively written it is easy to imagine you are there alongside on the voyage. It has been beautifully narrated. A definite must for your library. One I shall keep in mine and relisten again

Exciting escapade, for certain…& the narrative is well written. The reader did fine.

I enjoyed this true autobiographical account of Ms. Loviot’s adventures. Although she does not always seem to recognize or rely on it, the hand of God surely delivered her from her perils. Also, it’s crazy how long ocean voyages lasted back then! Good, clear narration.

Great story, great narration

it's been said that eveyone has one great novel that is theirs to write and this certainly was Me Loviots. Amazing story and fascinating history of places passed through an the way to San Francisco. Have listened more than once and recommended it to friends and family. the narrator is pleasing and does not take away from the story.

Interesting read but not overwhelmingly so. The writing was adequate but mundane. Still worth listening to!

good narrative , get a realistic view of the time era and what a women's point of view is at that time. Recommend
