Unabridged Audiobook
I really enjoyed this second book. I'm familiar with much of the Texas area they were in, and it's always nice to be able to identify with where a story is taking place.
It was a good Sackett book, just not as good as some of the other ones.
Not my favorite of Louis L'Amor books because, IMHO, it jumps over vast parts of time. One minute Lando is in a running gunfight and the next moment he's spent 6 years in prison. Very little description of this 6 years. Next, I don't like the narrator at all. He speaks much too quickly -- he's racing to finish. I'm a big fan of audio books, but I will not buy another with this narrator.
