The Brain-In-A-Box is back! And now Humanity is facing its greatest challenge. A new enemy, a new war, a new use for Alan Ashe, The Last Cyborg.

The war with the Tarkis has begun, and now the race is on to be the first species to develop a dark matter weapon. Fleet Marine Sergeant Alan Ashe, The Last Cyborg, is back at it again, seamlessly 'translating' into alien bodies as Humanity's greatest undercover agent. But with each assignment, he's losing more of his humanity, his identity, the thing that made him Human in the first place. Can he complete his mission . . . before he goes completely insane? Only time will tell.

And now he's been placed in a body that is . . . different. Something isn't right. He's not alone . . .

Be that as it may, Earth needs Alan more than ever. This new enemy is much more determined, more adept at acquiring revolutionary new technologies, just as the Humans are. It's race against time to see who can create the ultimate weapon first.

And then what? Will it be used? Will the primal power of the universe be released? And if so, when does it stop . . . if it can be stopped?

This is another pulsating, thrill-a-minute T. R. Harris sci-fi adventure featuring the reluctant hero Alan Ashe, The Last Cyborg.

The saga continues with The Last Cyborg 5: Half-Life.
