Unabridged Audiobook
The narration itself is excellent. However the image for the audiobook says that it’s an unabridged production, and that is not true. I was following along with the physical book, and I’d estimate about a third of the diary entries are not included in the audiobook. Also, there are footnotes explaining who people mentioned are, as well as additional context to events Dr. Tram mentions, which are of course not in the audiobook. However occasionally the narrator incorporates those footnotes into the text. This is nice for context, but a bit disingenuous in that those words are not actually part of the diary entries. All that aside, it’s truly an incredible tale, and I think it’s still a good experience as audio
