Unabridged Audiobook
Usually love Scott Turow but this book wasn't worth finishing. I think I only listened as far as I did because I didn't have another book.
This book was excruciatingly dull, yet slow and monotonous, while still taking up precious time I could have spent day-dreaming.
A difficult story on which to get a handle. With two stories going at once, it took me a long time to see how they were related. As a person coming of age in the sixties, I found my mind wandering to my own personal feelings and experiences during that time. The story was improbable, yet compelling. If one has the patience and an interest in that time period as well as how it affected people's lives, it may be interesting.
