Unabridged Audiobook
I have certainly read better books from this author as this is a new character maybe it will become more interesting.
Very enjoyable along the lines of midsummer murders or an Agatha Christie. Nothing too horrendous or graphic with a good plot. I did find it quite hard to get into as I like to listen while driving and so many new characters are introduced if you miss a word or two you can easily get lost. I had to rewind the beginning three times. She can quickly cut to new scenes which can also get you quite lost in the narrative if you aren’t giving it your full attention. I liked it enough to listen to the second one straight after. The narrator is excellent just a little odd he gives nearly everyone a regional accent and if they are from the south they get London accents . No RP here!
