'A Letter to the Inmate is a motivational tool that highlights the importance of self-worth and making a positive impact on a life worth living. It helps the inmate to rediscover who he is and challenges him to utilize his skills to their fullest potential. After reading this book I am certain you too will recognize the author's sincerity and helpfulness.'-Rev. Herman Boyer Jr., Associate Minister 'Reads like a conversation between brothers and or friends. The struggle is for the receiver to heed the messages, do a U-Turn, and go in the direction of truth and righteousness rather than the path of wrong and sin. Great advice. A motivational memoir on personal responsibility.'- Carl Cain, Deputy Chief of Police 'This 'letter' is written from the heart of someone who TRULY cares about and can relate to the pains and struggles of incarceration. The words of wisdom are encouraging and comforting, without condemnation. I recommend this 'letter' as a tool for discussion among inmates. It can be a welcomed support.'- Dr. Tina Schultz, Prep School Administrator 'We all have a story, a beginning, and an end. We can choose what the middle looks like. This is a must-read and buy.'- Niagara County 4th District Legislator Owen Steed 'Most powerful message at the most desperate times... encouraging mindset. I applaud you Ren Feagin. I hope and pray for each one of you. That what you find in this book can be your guide through the darkness and see the light that shines upon the star you truly are in this lifetime.' - Rob Parmer, Prep School Safety Officer
