Unabridged Audiobook
This book has annoyed me internsely. It was recommended by a friend so I have stuck it out, patiently listing on for it to get to the point, but as it's progressed the author's wild and unsubstatiated claims about the effectiveness of the technique, his tendency to deteriorate into lists, and his mispronuniciation of occasional words have annoyed me more and more. I find myself skipping ahead whenever a list starts, and fuming slightly when I cannot because my hands are dirty - i.e. whilst gardening or cooking. I have a couple of hours left of this book and cannot wait to be done with it. Hopefully in those last two hours there will be some gold, as I've got precious little from the hours invested so far. Never again for this author for me.
This book is an amazing read! He explains how using this technique helps you move to peace in your life and for me has made a world of difference! Have recommend this book to more than 10 people. Love it!
great read
This book is extremely long winded and never really gets to the point. It’s more of an over the top never ending sales pitch on “letting go” than a guide on how to let go. It’s hours upon hours of obnoxiously miraculous examples of how matter of fact letting go works but very very vague about how to let go. The Sedona method and unteathered soul are much better guides on step by step details of how to let go or surrender. This book just goes on and on about how easy it is and how perfect life is for everyone that does it. I found it a waste of time. Doesn’t mean it’s not true, it just doesn’t give you details on how to do it.
I felt the autohor was too verbatious and far too often delauted to lists of simile for content
Should have hired a professional as narrator.
so much to learn from this book
