There’s a great deal of data here, can seem overwhelming. There are a few reported biases here, so I was prepared to use discernment in absorbing the material. Seems to me I’ll need more than one run-through to maximize the book’s impact, so I’ve already restarted to see what sticks. Some key themes are supported elsewhere (ego death for personal advancement, sexual activity as an amplifier of intention), so I recognize foundational principles sprinkled throughout. Would like to delve further, but need to ensure principles are understandable, results reproducible.
